All of our VIPs will receive royal treatment. As mentioned before, you’ll work directly with Ella to create your invitation suite. Whether you want to communicate via phone call, in-person meeting, virtual meeting, or email, Ella will contact you through your preferred method.
When you customize your wedding invitation, you’ll have more control over the fine details!
With our pre-set designs, you can at most select the paper type, font color, envelope liner design, and content of the text. We have two paper types: matte and shimmer. You can also choose multiple colors from our 25 ink colors available. Not to mention, our liners have four patterns and 11 colors you can choose from.

We’ll send you a proof of the design with everything you discussed with Ella. If you have any revisions you want to make, we’ll adjust the design and send another proof to you. We can exchange three rounds of revisions with you. However, we’ll charge for any additional proofs after the third round.
