FAQ Book an Appointment How quick will I receive my products? We require at least 8 weeks to design, produce and ship your products. Should everything go as planned, you will have your pretty products in hand in that 8 week window. However, if you need them quicker than this we can do a rush order (see below). Do you offer rush orders? Yes! This will guarantee you receive your first 2-3 PDF design options via email in 72 hours versus the typical 2 weeks. You will receive design and or text changes with rush option in 24 hours. Depending on your response time and assembly and/or premium print selections, you can receive your finish product within 2 weeks or less, however, each order’s expected deadline is done on a case by case basis. Rush order charges will apply. What do couples typically order? A standard order includes: Invitations, RSVP cards, Insert cards (for directions, accommodations, registry, etc.), Addressed Envelopes, Programs, Place Cards, and Thank You Cards and Signage. Miscellaneous add-ons excluded. What specialty add-ons do you offer? Since we offer completely customized suites, the options are limitless! Some popular add-ons include: twine and/or lace wrap, belly band, monogram card, rounded corners, envelope liners and more! Can you address envelopes? Yes! We can print addresses on your envelopes in your font choice or we can hand address in calligraphy. Can we meet in person? Absolutely! We would love to sit down with you over coffee to talk about what you’re envisioning and discuss design options. What printing styles do you offer? Digital, Letterpress, Foil Stamp, Emboss, Thermography Should I order extra invitations? Yes, we recommend ordering between 5-10 extra for any last minute additions and so that you’ll have a few to keep for yourself. Where do I put our wedding website This can go on your save the date and/or on an insert card with your invitation. Do you require a deposit? Yes. We require a 50%, nonrefundable deposit to be paid before the design process begins. This goes toward your total order. When should I order my save the dates? Your save the dates should be ordered 8-11 months prior to your wedding date and mailed 4-6 months before your wedding. When should I order my invitations? Your invitations should be ordered about 5-7 months prior to your wedding date and mailed 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. How do I word my invitations? Refer to the link in the resources section of our website. Can I see a sample? If you are not using one of our speciality printing options we would be happy to print a sample for you.
